100% financing is no longer available. It is necessary to have at least 3% down + money for closing costs.

(the loan is not kept on the books of the credit union but CUMM will service it for the life of the loan- the servicing will not be sold! Payments can be automatically deducted from your credit union account but we will be unable to accept over the counter payments in the office.)

Student Loans- We also have a partnership with COLLEGE PAYWAY. Due to the ongoing credit crisis- they are currently unable to offer
any Stafford, PLUS or GradPlus loans at this time. Students and their families are encouraged to seek funding from their respective college/university financial aid office.
The FAFSA(Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be completed by families with college-bound children to qualify for federal and state aid, as well as for most grants and scholarships. A link to the US Dept of Education's site is found on our college payway site below.
