Membership Eligibility

AdvantagePlus of Indiana FCU is federally chartered and serves Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in Vigo County, Indiana.

Once a person becomes a member, they are always a member,
as long as they remain in good standing and maintain an active $5.00 savings balance. 

A $5.00 deposit to a Regular Share (savings) account and a $0.50 membership fee is required for membership. This makes you part owner of the credit union.

Your money at AdvantagePlus of Indiana FCU is insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund(NCUSIF).  Savings are insured up to $100,000 by this agency.


Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New
Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to
obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who
opens an account. 
What this means for you:  When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.  We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying objects.
